This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into electronically between:

Buyer:
The person placing an order through www.mamaturkastore.com ("Buyer").
By completing an order on www.mamaturkastore.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through www.mamaturkastore.com.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type, quantity, size, color, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the purchased products are specified in the order confirmation and invoice issued to the Buyer.
3. PAYMENT
The Buyer agrees to pay the total order amount displayed at checkout using one of the available payment methods.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, or security concerns.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order shall be deemed confirmed only after successful payment authorization and the issuance of an order confirmation email.
If payment cannot be completed for any reason, the Seller shall not be obligated to process or ship the order.
5. DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- Türkiye: approximately 3 business days
- International destinations: approximately 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Mama Turka currently offers free worldwide shipping unless otherwise stated on the website.
Any applicable shipping promotions may be modified or discontinued at the Seller's discretion.
7. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
For international shipments, customs regulations vary by destination country.
Where supported by the shipping provider and destination country procedures, applicable customs duties and taxes may be covered by the Seller.
The Buyer acknowledges that customs processing may still cause delays beyond the Seller's control.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The Buyer has the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Personalized products
- Final sale items
- Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered
- Certain baby products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened or used
10. REFUNDS
After the returned item is received and inspected, the Buyer will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Banking institutions and credit card issuers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in the Buyer's account.
11. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
The Buyer must inspect the order upon delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the Buyer must notify the Seller as soon as possible by email at: mamaturkastore@gmail.com.
The Seller will evaluate the claim and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
12. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment appears significantly delayed or lost, the Buyer should contact the Seller with the order number.
The Seller will assist in investigating the matter with the shipping carrier but cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by third-party logistics providers.
13. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and shipping information.
The Seller shall not be liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.
14. PRIVACY
Personal information collected during the ordering process shall be processed in accordance with the Seller's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, customs restrictions, internet outages, or labor disputes.
16. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
