Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation email is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, or carrier delays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Order Tracking

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mama Turka aims to provide a smooth international shopping experience.
All applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees related to delivery are covered by Mama Turka, where supported by our shipping provider and destination country process.
Please note that customs processing may still cause delays depending on the destination country. Mama Turka is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier services.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number.
We will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and do our best to assist you.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or because it was not claimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
